Our business and supply chains

Travelpack is an established Business Travel Management company employing over 55 staff. We are committed to promoting transparency within our supply chains and have begun implementing a programme of measures designed to identify, assess, and mitigate the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking.

We maintain an open dialogue with our suppliers and work collaboratively with them to ensure effective preventative measures are in place. Over time, we will continue to strengthen these relationships by seeking formal confirmations and assurances, ensuring that our supply chains remain free from exploitation and aligned with our ethical values.

Travelpack has in place the following policies reflecting its commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business relationships:

Due diligence processes for slavery and human trafficking

As part of Travelpack’s initiative to identify and mitigate slavery and human trafficking, systems will:

  • Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains;
  • Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains;
  • Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains;
  • Provide staff with training to assist them in understanding the risks of slavery and human trafficking ensuring a defined team is in place to monitor this at all times. 

We will assess and monitor any risks through our risk register.

 

Risk Assessment and Management 

To ensure supplier adherence to our values, Travelpack has a zero tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking and it expects it suppliers and contractors to uphold the same values. It will not conduct business knowingly with anyone engaged in slavery and human trafficking practices or knowingly permit them to be carried out in any part of its business. We are adapting our standard supplier terms and conditions to include applicable anti-slavery provisions and will look to secure similar protection in all relevant supply arrangements when dealing with those in the UK and externally.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

To measure the effectiveness of our actions in preventing modern slavery and human trafficking, Travelpack has adopted the following KPIs:

 

Due Diligence

  • Percentage of key suppliers subject to due diligence reviews: 100% of new suppliers reviewed.
  • Number of supplier audits conducted: to be implemented progressively.
  • Percentage of supplier contracts including modern slavery clauses: increasing year-on-year with a target of 100%.

 

Risk Assessment and Management

  • Number of identified or reported instances of modern slavery: Zero.
  • Number of cases remediated: Zero.

 

Training and Awareness

  • Percentage of staff completing modern slavery training: Target 100% of relevant employees.
  • Number of employees trained in the reporting process: all management staff.

 

Communication and Collaboration

  • Supplier questionnaires issued and returned: tracked annually.
  • Active engagement with suppliers on risk areas: review meetings scheduled annually.

 

Reporting and Accountability

  • Reports of modern slavery received: Zero.
  • Investigations undertaken: N/A.
  • Complaints received via reporting channels: N/A.

 

Supply Chain Mapping

Training

To ensure strong awareness across our business, Travelpack will:

  • Provide training to all staff on identifying signs of modern slavery and human trafficking with provisions relative to whistleblowing.
  • Focus training on employees in procurement, operations, and supplier management roles.
  • Keep training records to monitor completion rates and effectiveness.
  • Update training annually to reflect evolving risks and best practices.
